Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! email jordan@estherandelsaretail.com. Unfortunately we're unable to make changes to orders 18 hours after they're placed. 

We ship out boxes via USPS within 24 hours. Shipping times are generally 2-5 days.

*Please note that this isn’t an expedited shipping method.

RATES

• Free standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders $75+
• $5 standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders under $75
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

• Orders placed after 12pm CST on friday will process the following monday
• The pickup day does not count as a day in transit.
• We're not responsible USPS shipping delays.

RETURNS

• We do not accept returns at this time.
• If a product arrives defective, please reach out to jordan@estherandelsaretail.com and we'll replace the item at no cost and shipped for free.
